Tesco Express

It's called Tesco Express so I don't expect huge savings on items in this store but they still do a lot of offers on different different items time to time. If you need help with anything they are happy to help and will come with you to guide you to the product. Happy with the customer service every time I visit there. Also the car parking facility is a plus in the go.

Good customer services but they need to be more professional please by not talking to colleague in different language while serving customers . Overall good staff.

Friendly staff but security guard is no good treated manz as a thief. No good experience. He made me look embarrassed front of other customer's.

I wanted tea, but no tea. This is supposed to be England. Waht da hewWWW?

Convenient carpark but avoid parking here on Sundays, unless you want your car blocked in by overcrowded parking. Staff are oblivious to customers. They’re either restocking shelves, busy chatting to colleagues, and sometimes mocking customers in their language. A lot of crime takes place here, the security guards at this store might as well not be here. It’s in a good location, with parking so 3 stars for this but otherwise not a pleasant shopping experience.

They always restocking at the busiest hours.. staff are completely unhelpfully and speak in their own language which is very rude. And it's just too small, constantly bumping into people and staff restocking shelves. Stressful shopping.

Always short of stock and staff. Have to wait ages to get served.

This tesco needs to shut down the staff are useless rude and slow..you wait at least 20 minutes just to be served because they have no idea about customer service. There's never any stock..shut it down and open a aldi or lidi a decent store or either train your staff properly or sack them.tesco greengage really are a dissapointment
