Iceland Supermarket London

My local supermarket, the best place for frozen food with the perfect pricing. I do wish they had a variety of stuff, such as the family pack coco pops and the lindt 90% dark chocolate. I always have to go to a different supermarket for these :(

They are usually short on staff (probably due to the pandemic), especially early mornings when we're told to go to self checkout even with a lot of shopping, it's not always convenient. However the staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and I'm glad they introduced the self checkout machines👍🏼

If I could I would score a 0. Staff are very rude. Store is dirty, fridges are not cold enough. What they call fresh veg is definitely not fresh. Will never return to this Supermarket again, you may pay a little more at Sainsbury, but at least you get quality food that lasts.

Great Supermarket with much many value-for-money choices and good quality products!

Always pushing you to use self service tills.
What these employees don't understand these self-service tills reduce jobs.
Companies hire less staff and more profits for them thanks to these machines.
Why hire more people when customers will use these instead.
Self service tills only benefits corporations.

Prices are still reasonable for certain items eg eggs. Every penny counts at this difficult time.

Very busy shop with everything you need. Security man is very pleasant.
