Asda South Harrow Supermarket

Really enjoyed my multiple shopping experience here. Will recommend anytime and the staff here are great.
The prices are friendly too. Variety of merchandise is on thebaverage but you can get all the basics

It’s just like any other Asda, but when it comes to paying, only one till is open and the rest is the self service tills. So, can be annoying when you just want to pop in and out quickly. May be they are short staffed, but even at rush times, they don’t have enough tills open.

The supermarket itself is fine, usually shelves are full and there is lots of product availability. Only down thing is that there aren't many cashiers and it doesn't feel very clean.

Not the asda it was when it first opened back in 2013 thereafter it slowly drifted into a disastrous overpriced poor quality store for which i do not wish to set foot in due to

Annoying waits at the self service as well as chaotic and claustrophobic waiting in queue its so bloody annoying
This is not the asda I remember and also everything has gone up 1 pound for Greek style yoghurt who the hell pays for that what a rip off I know we are in a cost of living crisis but I personally would not bother I would either go online and shop or I would shop at tescos or Lidl asda is absolutely rubbish especially in South harrow and so bloody small and cramped need a bigger store to be honest if anything I'd order online much more easier and less hassle than going in to the store asda south harrow has lost its touch to be quite frank !

Thibangi was an absolute gem today in dealing with my purchase today as she has been the last time so I collected her name for a five stars review which is unusual for this store!!

The store is ideal to shop only in the morning or just before closing. Other times it's busy and Covid restrictions are not followed properly. They also have fresh bakers, halal products and seasonal products as well. My favourite is the flower section the store has lot of varieties. Self checkout is mostly used however be prepared to wait in lines. I can see wholesellers often come to take huge stock of liquors and dairy products.

You have free parking and staff are helpful.

Did a click and collect and the delivery to your car did not work. When collecting inside I literally was shown the basket and told to just pack my stuff whilst blocking there main goods entrance which I then had to move everything as staff needed to get in and out of the store. One of the items in my shopping was incorrect and told to swap the item myself with what I was looking for. Couldn't find the item to then be told that I can't get a refund there and then and that I should do it online! When I did do it online it initially got declined and had to go through their customer service to get the refund. Not a great experience and will not be using click and collect from Asda especially from the south Harrow store!
