It's an OK shop, but there's always problems with the self scanners. They never recognise if you use your own bag so you end up dumping your goods on the side and packing after paying which slows the whole process and rather defeats the object!

Used this store for click and collect once and wasn't impressed that fresh produce selected for me had a use by date of the same day or next day - something to be aware of.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Just had a call to say my online shopping has been cancelled again due to no driver. This happens all the time. At least this time they bothered to call me as they usually don't and I end up waiting hours for it. On the rare occasion that they do deliver, there are always between 10 and 20 substitutions. This store obviously can't keep up with the demand for home delivery so should stop wasting people's time and letting them spend ages doing an online order which will never be delivered.

I ordered some baby milk online through the express delivery. I ordered stage 2 aptamil advance (£17.50) you sent me stage 3. I couldn’t send back with driver so I took the milk back to the store. The lady at customer services said she couldn’t refund me but some one would later in the day If I left all my contact details and order number.
So I did trusting they would refund me. This happened on Friday 25th. I’ve had no refund. And no baby milk! I contacted the customer services online who said they would sort out my refund and I’ve had a email from them today to say it’s rejected. So again I’m left without refund or milk! Appalling.

Happy friendly staff, however your click and collect service let's you down. Every time I do a click and collect I'm always waiting for 20 minutes or more for someone to come out with my shopping. I check in on the app but that never seems to work. Very frustrating

I go into asda every morning at 7am to get my lunch and cigarettes went in this morning and yet again the kisok was closed but 2 members of staff standing there I asked if they was serving and if it was open but apparently they don't open till 8am but every other time I been at 7am I've had to wait but been served.
The customer service was Dyer and the security guard Is so rude then when I made a point I was told they not going to serve me and I'm band from the store so I've called head office let's see if anything happens but doubt itvas the company is run likeva circus especially the dunstable store.

Visited yesterday from Aylesbury and went in to get some shopping. Quite a big shop with lots of items!

I met an elderly lady in the car park, feeling unwell. Upon returning to the store Fletcher, on the security desk, found her a seat & called an ambulance. A helpful & caring attitude was demonstrated by the Asda staff who helped. Top marks to all.
