Sainsbury's

This store is huge on two levels. So much empty space. Very spacious and airy. Not like the usual sainsbury's

It's always clean and they always have a wide range of options. When something is missing they put up these great signs at the front of the store if there is a shortage of something so that you are warned without having to go all the way to the shelf just to find it empty. Staff are legitimately lovely and make you feel actually welcome.

There should be some directions to the entrance, exit and the direction to and from the shop itself from the ground floor.

It's very confusing for a first timer to the store. It has taken me a couple of visits to work it out, as I only go there occasionally, while waiting for my train at the local train station nearby. I remember on my visit before last, there were several of us trying to figure our way out of the building , and ended up taking the escalators to the basement where the car park was. We has to follow the cars out of the car park, to figure our way out. Sainsburys please take note; not great !

Nice clean store. Free parking for 30 minutes.

It is a nice supermarket, spacious and with a good selection of all the stuff one would want to shop for! Has a fairly large clothes section on mezzanine floor along with in store Argos. Decent size car park under store is pay on exit but free for Sainsburys customers, time limits and minimum spend apply.

This branch has an upper deck with nonfood items including clothes, kitchen wares and appliances, and lately lovely Christmas decors. I always feel good even just going around the upper deck and not buying a lot. Just so nice to look at and aim for the next purchase. Sometimes you get lucky and random stuff are suddenly on sale! The Sainsburys food shop itself if huge. The only thing left is to match it to Aldi and Lidl prices if that's ever possible. 😂

Normal sainsbury. Shame the travelators were not working well 5 out the 6 were not . Causes issues for the elderly although there are lifts . Normally quite quick to get in and out of

Lifts and both escalators not working to top floor. Both lifts ftom car park not working. The lift on the left has been out of order for the last 3 months plus. My wife is severely disabled and this has set her back. Its about time you dealt with this. Not as if you cant afford it judging by the prices you charge.
