as a fundraiser not at all happy wont come back even if i am dead .. people are friendly but the staff are so rude. .i mean i get it i dont owe you guys anything ..but it doesnt hurt to smile ..and then that woman who cant even say english .. good to see the fair world is actually a myth !

Great staff but not as large a selection as main Sainsbury's. However if needing an ingredient in an emergency it's good to know it can be bought locally.

A good place to grab a sandwich or drink right in the heart of Henley. Always seems crowded during the day so not the easiest to get around but with several quick pay tills and manned ones too I don't typically queue for long.

Very poor customer service if you have an issue. needed to exchange an item, and told that it would only be able to be exchanged for the same kind of item (which there was no other option of, and the item was incorrect in the first place) and that it was my fault for not getting the right thing first time! - shop floor team lovely, management, very poor

One of the managers, Taylor, went out of his way to deal with an Argos drop transaction. I couldn't source the item anywhere across Oxfordshire or in store yet he had one ready the next day. What a star; especially considering these tough times.

Very good Sainsbury’s in a very convenient location in Henley town. Not particularly expensive especially in comparison with the larger supermarkets in the area, namely Waitrose and Tesco. Has had everything I’ve ever gone in for. 6 self service, checkout counters. Friendly service if you need it. Not usually busy, and never a hassle to visit for a few loose items. Highly recommended.
