Sainsbury's

Ongoing home delivery issues of dates expiring on day of delivery causing returns every week. Complained last week via the manager Lee at Talbot store (call centre decided that’s where the food comes from). Lee was going to call Christchurch and explain my dissatisfaction. So this week expecting change…. To no avail see pic, so have asked for my delivery pass to be cancelled and going back to Tesco and as it seems like a theme with this store from what gets returned I would warn you against using them.
PA you are meant to be informed of short expiry dates on your receipt, that never happens so another quality concern with those picking the food.

A good Sainsburys store. Lots of free parking. Spacious aisles. Friendly helpful staff. Nice and clean. Well managed. Very pleasant shopping experience.

I struggled finding member of staff for directions and when I did, he said he did not know even working in the aisle it was sign posted as in. The staff were too focused on their tasks to help. Sadly the till was a slow process, girl looked up occasionally but with no feeling or apology for slow processing. Shame as till next door completed 3 customers to her 1. Maybe some need a bit more training and support. They were both youngsters.

Big new car park layout. Inside is a standard Sainsbury layout with no surprises. Good staff that helped using Nectar points to pay.
No complaints

It was really awful - when we found the cafe - it was cold and uninviting. The hot drinks were luke warm. The place was void of any atmosphere - really depressing. We did look around the shop but we decided not to shop there as it was really not very good. The manager is clearly list interest in running the place!

Plenty of parking available with wide spaces for ease of access. Clean store with good layout and, in general, well stocked shelves. Not many manned checkouts open, but self service was quick and easy. Not too crowded considering it was a Friday afternoon.

Nice planned out shop, more than one could say about the carpark.
Food with reasonable prices, good quality. Clothes section have a good range and again good prices.

Do not use Argos!! They say they have your goods but actually they don't, they take your money under false pretences. Sainsbury staff were very helpful but Argos are appalling. Will never use again.
