Good selection of food. I really love the items they put on top of fridges and freezers

They have retro sweets and also other chocolate etc you don't see around much anymore.

Very helpful staff.

Everything was fully stocked and when I needed something the staff member actually took me to the item (this is a bit of a rarity in youngsters today)

I would have rated this a 5 but they really need to sort out their checkouts.....

Only 1 members of staff serving with a queue of 5 people that really is annoying and makes me look through the window next time I visit.

No shopping trolleys whatsoever !!! When I asked where they were I was told in the car parks probably ! We don't have spare staff to keep collecting them if customers do not return them to the shop . The shopping trolley area in the car park is behind the building , it takes all of 5 minutes to collect them . Surely Iceland staff should be more understanding of this situation and collect them for customers , but it appeared they could not care less . We did our weekly shop using three baskets .. discussting !!!

Most of the staff average friendly and helpful. Stores is kept clean and aisles are clearly marked for produce locating. Still best value for frozen food despite the recent price hikes.

No shopping trollies on a very hot day! Told to get one from the car park. We are both in our 70s and had struggled across the car park to get there. Luckily another customer came to our rescue and brought back a few.
Is it so hard for someone to check the situation occasionally?

Good shop to go in but some things they had run out of good for frozen food if you want alot

It's serves its purpose as a supermarket with plenty of stock and seasonal stock such easter eggs at present. Shelves were full.

Not great experience aisles made narrow by unattended cages of stock also a pallet of soft drinks left in the way making shopping difficult.
Lots of people waiting to be served at the till but only 1 person serving

Went to see if they had any eggs did have some left large in packs of ten
