Marks and Spencer

Quite busy on mornings 10 to 12 the staff helpful but service isn't particulary speedy. Just about to handle the work.
Sadly looks with often tables without been cleaned and dirty floors.
Without even mentioned the individual toilett they have next to it.

Most disgusting shop in epsom the way they treated a disabled person 5 people followed me around the shop making me uncomfortable demanding to see recipts from previous times I bought stuff even when security said I never cause trouble or steal ended up having a panic attack cos of the way they treated me

I’m sitting in the cafe upstairs and the staff are happy and really friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere the staff are giving off. Defiantly going back. Enza and Conner thank you for making this visit so nice

I asked a young man, who was unpacking stock if M@S sell Non-Alcoholic Prosecco, but he was a bit rude and said it would come in a can if they had it and he didn't know.
I had to ask another Lady Assistant, who even looked up the stock quantity for me, I couldn't wait for her to go and get one for me as I needed to catch a bus.
This young lad needs more Customer Service Training indeed, I was No Impressed with him at all.!!

Janet! This lady should be commended. Brilliant member of staff at the Epsom Town Marks and Spencers. We collected our Christmas order and like always, Janet was organised and very efficient.

I went in here expecting a mediocre experience from obnoxious people, however my expectations were far surpassed by a young employee called Finn Cartwright. He was incredibly helpful and guided me to victory within the food hall. If there could be more employees like him I would shop here everyday of my life. Go Finn!

I was originally shopping at Aldi I chose to give mark and spencer's a try but it was the first time I have been here so I was unaware of the products and what's best, so I asked this young man called Finn cartwright, and he was so helpful and recommended the best sellers and what the best value for money.
