Sainsbury's

Great store but if your popping in to use the toilet with a 2 year old in an emergency, it's a mission of a walk to the other end of store. Clean and a very new nice looking big sainsburys.

Had breakfast in cafe. Worst I've eaten, could have used sausage as a cosh! Staff just interested in taking money wasn't told had yo get own tea or cutlery. On way out went to complain nobody on customer service desk. Won't be eating there again.

The supermarket is fine but the new eating restaurants in-store are all terrible. Very poor childrens menu not very good for young families. We would regularly eat in here after a shopping trip but not now.

Not a good experience at carluccio cafe here recently. Ordered a flat white and a mocha. I overheard the lady serving us say to another staff member that she didn't have enough chocolate powder for the mocha, however, she made it anyway. The drinks were poor, very odd tasting. Too much milk in the flat white and hardly any chocolate in the mocha, obviously! My wife was so annoyed that she took the mocha back to exchange for another drink. They were very funny about it and another customer waiting in the queue said that my wife deserves a free cake! They did swap her drink and she came away with a free cake, however, we shall not return.

Ordered gorceries to be delivered as I'm disabled. Ordered for 2-3pm. They emailed (not called my mobile) to say card just out of date. Can't deliver now until later tonight. I have no food in as just came out of hospital and my dinner and milk was included in this shop! Never had this problem at Cannock store as they've always called me first to rectify the problem before cancelling my order! Won't order again from Wolverhampton.

Parking was good (traffic due to a footy match)
Went in-store after checking the deal online. Was annoyed my item wasn't in stock. Headed over to Argos to see if they had anything- same story. I suppose it can be an issue with the larger stores as the sale stock depletes faster.
Otherwise generally clean store, friendly and helpful staff.

There is nothing wrong with this supermarket as such, however, the contract security employed by Sainsbury's Wolverhampton really need to learn some manners and tact. Since when is it ok to openly profile customers and harass them based on an assumption and nothing more! I don't think I will be shopping there again.

Customer service by Sonia @ the self check- out area was simply amazing. She is an asset to your branch. Wish there were more people like her in all walks of life.
