Beside the actual store which is fine the cafe is different to point of disappointment.
The service is great and the staff cleaning up was very attentive, the tea cup we was given was a general for both coffee and tea and rather large which meant that the tea cooled down to quick, I know it was busy but when our teacakes can't out they wasn't really warm enough and hardly melted the butter (unlike the picture that was on the counter)... Ooh well

Good quality clothing. And really affordable price. Can not be happier. Also if I want to treat my self I am buying anything from the food shop on the ground floor.

Really really poor SLOW service
Lots of other people's left over food cutlery on the tables. Top prices. Would not recommend. Nice staff though.

Rude staff in lingerie department. Whilst in changing toom trying on an item a member of staff knocked on the door asking if a hand held device had been left in the cubicle. I replied no then a second member of staff hammered the door said she needed to get in and pushed the door in on me before I could even exit the cubicle. Shame on you woman with purple hair. You need to learn some manners and professionalism.

Went for coffee and was very surprised. Crockery and cutlery were not properly clean and had bits of food on them. Didn't have any vegan spread for scones and attitude of staff was terrible. Went to use ladies toilets and found them to be untidy and two toilets were unclean and disgusting. This was around 10am on a Saturday. Won't be going there again as get better service and choice in Boswells.

If you want food go somewhere else. 20 mins for a prepackaged toasted sandwich. I can cook a pizza in less time than that. One person on the tills and no seats.

Shame staff in cafe not trained properly before being let lose on customers. Regular staff are brilliant but get anyone new and expect a long wait and poor service.

Had a turkey toasted sandwich, no label on wrapper to state what was the contents. When sandwich arrived it was greasy and had little flavour certainly not turkey and bacon, contained some unidentified substance which presumably was stuffing.
Definitely would not recommend, probably illegal as not labelled.
