Pleasant shopping experience with friendly staff and plenty of choice for your weekly shopping. Everything that you'd expect from an Asda. However, as some reviewers suggested it does get quite crowded!

I have shopped at Bridgwater for a long time but that may have to change. The Freezer shelves are a complete shambles. Every time I go they are nearly always empty. I would like to know why this is as I don’t believe it’s because they have sold out that day as it makes no difference what time you go. Iceland, Morrisons are always full so I may have to take my money elsewhere.

For the second time in 10 days I have stood like a lemon at your pizza counter waiting to be served, and being ignored by the staff member, nothing not a word she disappeared out the back comes back and starts cleaning, I go to ask a question and guess what she disappeared again. Now I am fully aware that you may have run out of toppings if this is the case surely a polite I sorry we have to close this section, or how about a notice informing your customers terrible attitude .

I booked my seasonal flu jab here and shortly before it was due, Asda cancelled it. Rather than an apology, I received an email telling me they had "taken care of cancelling it" for me - with no explanation of why!

I am unable to rebook at Asda and due to the very short notice, struggling to find an appointment elsewhere. This is incredibly poor service, especially for vulnerable people relying on their flu appointment being kept.

Asda’s trolley man (dark long hair who looks homeless) is very unprofessional & would give myself & my children attitude as well as giving us the most horrible look.
It makes myself feel very uncomfortable when visiting the store!

Abysmal service. The store has gone badly downhill and looks like a warehouse, messy, packing left in isles, empty shelves, stock not properly rotated on the shelves, mouldy fruit left on the shelf, the good staff have left and it now has people promoted to the point of incompetence running it, it looks like it’s trying to emulate a 1960s Poundland. If you want a rubbish experience this is the place for you. My experience with a floor manager today has just cost them 8k, my yearly spend.

It's a shame their's not a store like this near to me in Oxfordshire (RG80JA) I would have to travel some miles to find one. It was wonderful to see such a huge range of products. We could do with a store like this in Wallingford. The only choice there is Waitrose or if I venture another 5 miles a Tesco's. Waitrose is to expensive with a limited range & Tesco's is always out of stock on many items on my list (weekly). Well done Asda.
