Tesco Express

Not impressed by this store. Firstly no full night clean done. Bakery trays left from the day before. I was in here at 09:20 with no fresh bakery items out. It's a useful shop if you are camping but otherwise it does not seem to abide by Tesco standards

Just visited this store, although it is opened they have barriers off all the fresh veg and meat so you can’t buy anything. It also then completely messes up their one way system in store so customers end up walking towards each other when we are supposed to be two metres apart. This is the most disorganised shop I have been into since the Covid-19 measures have been in place.

I do not like spending my money here...

But I need milk, butter & booze now & again.

One star for the supplies.

Provides No value to the community.

Overpriced with a ton of cameras on YOU because as we all know WE the people (& customers) are all thieves at heart.

I miss the fox & hounds not that anyone cares.

Third time I go for a coffee and they tell me they need to clean the machine.
When I said I can wait. They said it will take one hour !
Because the staff couldn't be bothered to put some milk in the machine.
Coffee is not the issue here, I can get a coffee almost anywhere but the staff attitude is just awful.
Very poor customer service.

Went to buy some drinks from this local Tesco express as always, oh my God the young curly blond girl with broken English was so nasty and disrespectful. I did ask her about the price as I do buy those drinks cheaper; her response was to go and buy it from a cheap store!!! I hope the management of the store to look and reconsider someone with respect to customers. I won't go there and it is not recommended especially when this girl is on the Till. Sad with her response !!!

This is my local Tesco and I go here often for my weekly shop. The lady that is often in there (curly blonde hair) is always so friendly and helpful with any enquiries I have.

Security guard not wearing a mask and wandering round the shop picking up items them putting them back on the shelf. Of course customers similarly not wearing masks. It's still a legal requirement and Oxford is in the middle of a huge COVID-19 spike. At least he wasn't standing directly in front of the hand sanitizer like one of the others always does.

Everything you could need in a one stop grocery store unless you want DIY goods. Handsanitisor inside the door. Lovely quality fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff are always attentive and helpful with a smile on their face.
