Always order my big shop from here and go to collect it, 90% of the time everything's great, occasionally eat by dates are short. Never used their cafè but am pleased they're introducing the ask for Henry meals in conjunction with Heinz, I've passed this onto some single parent families/Elderly people i know who are struggling so at least they know they can get a hot meal every day.

Not enough tills open. No small basket aisle. Customer service couner staff in a world of their own. Serving cutomers out of turn. Ok if you are doing a big shop but forget it if you are buying small quantities and have a deadline.

On popping in here to buy a few bits we found the salad counter to be almost out of food by midday. The staff weren't very helpful as they preferred to talk amongst themselves rather than engage with us. Was looking for mince pies but couldn't find any staff members (in a huge store you would imagine there would have been someone to ask )

Absolutely disgusting! The place was filthy no sweetness the drinks machine was not giving mocha just the coffee no tea spoons rubbish everywhere!asked the staff to replenish or sort and got told not enough staff and we don’t have any the staff bringing food to the customers own cleaned tables never took dirty stuff away with them! And other customers complaining waiting for 30 minutes for food that arrived cold very disappointing service and products!!!!

We use Online shopping every week for my elderly parents. Pretty disgusted that all the slots were booked up for Christmas weeks in advance, obviously from others who rarely use the service. Up to now we have been pleased but we would have hoped provision could have been made for regulars and the vulnerable.

Too many different offers on wines and not explained in detail making it a miracle if you actually get an offer. Need two on Customer Services as they do parcels.returns.price queries & even balloon inflating! To name but a few.

Its got to be said that this place is slipping. Smelly toilets with slippery floors, lack of stock, silly prices with questionable saving labels on are some of the recent issues I've noticed.

To add to that today I've just got to the checkout to be told they have no bags at all.

I've just left a trolley at the checkout with roughly £200 of shopping in.

Its only really been the meat counter that has me coming back but even that is slipping. If things continue we'll be going elsewhere.

Its time to pull your socks up Morrison's.

**Update after 20 minute's**

I went to ASDA on the way home and found most of the items where considerably lower in price.

Managed a full shop this week whooee! Now they tell us we've got 5p off petrol on a £35 spend! Just spent £66 and a day too early!
