Tesco Express

I was served on the till by Alex who could conservatively be described as the most miserable man in the entire universe. I've been greeted by cheerier parents at their child's funeral. He couldn't even manage to pretend to not have nothing but the deepest, darkest feelings of hatred and disgust towards his customers. His demeanor sapped every molecule of mirth and happiness from my soul and made me consider ending it all on the way home. I was only saved by the comfort the tasty treats I bought from him provided me.

Nice biscuits and great staff.

Convenient well stocked but the guy behind the till today needs to be customer service trained stared at me when I stepped forward addressed me with the phrase yes!! No hello how are you then waved his hand at the card reader after scanning the stuff I brought and just looked miserable was between 12:00 &13:00 had a black jumper and dark hair if helpful 👍

No organic fruits or potatoes or any other veg products. Managers please top-up the shop for people who admire organic food. I couldn't buy anything there. I'm not sure but I hope Tescos in Norwich is not only about cheap pesticide food. I understand that poor people use to buy cheap food but excuse me you are what you eat.

I have had a love / hate relationship with this store since it opened. Mainly on the downside over the years they have stopped selling a lot of what I bought from there. But, apart from that, I always find it very clean and tidy, well stocked, with very friendly employees.

Small but handy store for essentials. A few parking spaces (including 2 disabled). 2 self services (card only) tills and 2 staff tills.

8:20 in the morning one of only 3 people in the store went serve yourself, had to wait for items to be approved waited that long had to go round the store to find a member of staff then as I am trying to leave doors wouldn’t open

Always on point, I come here twice a day most times and fair enough prices though,I do sometimes wonder about them.
