Asda Tilbury Superstore

I get my shopping from here each week and it is delivered to my door. friendly helpful drivers. I also walk up to the store when I'm free and while they don't always have what you want in stock they normally have other things that are just as good. Polite and happy staff ready to check out the back if you can't find what you need on the shop floor. The store can get a little crazy around christmas but otherwise a great place to shop.

Staff excellent, although lack of them.
Check out personnel reduced to basically self service. The toffee apples reduced 3 x £1:00, but my
Grandchildren ill 🤒 after eating them, it was the apple 🍎. They only had a few bites before running to bathroom.

The only issue very often not enough water available on the shelves and sometimes tills are too busy

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access and parking. Great deals on many products as expected with Asda.

I normally do like shopping at asda in Tilbury but lately the attitude of the staff is horrible especially if you are brave enough to ask for help and disturb their conversation to use a blue light card. It feels like they are doing you a favor. If they don't want to help customers they shouldn't be working. Your points system never works if you ask for help you get the same nasty attitude. It's a shame I can't give a zero

Recieved eggs 11 days PAST their sell by date today in my home delivery.
Customer service does not see a problem just ok give you a refund.

What about the possibility you might actually have actually caused a serious health problem.

I had to ask them to contact the store to have them removed from sale, I very much doubt they have.

Won't shop online again.

You ask me to contact you. But no contact details, as I stated in original post customer service was useless and store does not answer the phone.

I do most of my shopping there as this place close to me. Good variety at reasonable price, unfortunately 90 % of the times when I got a discount item, lower price was only at shelf. Waste of time to challenge the staff Every single time on why a different item price on recit.

OmG went shopping here today and went through the checkout. . . Janet the cashier was super friendly and was so personable....if only more stores can have employees like this😃😃😃
