This is a typical Iceland store which means a decent choice, cheap prices but more often than not not enough staff. Today, yet again, I took one look at the length of the queue at the single till that was open and went next door to Asda instead. I don't understand why they bother installing more than one till if there's only ever one open. Maybe they should consider converting a couple of tills to automated checkouts to keep the queues down?

Store is a little small, yet despite this they have an exceellent selection of food at great value prices and the staff are lovely excellent service everytime.

Hmm... I've always shopped here and I've never had anything bad to say. The staff are usually very helpful and polite. Today I had someone I've never met before and she refused to help! - Watching me struggle packing the shopping on my own at the till (I'm severely disabled and in a lot of pain) and very sarcastic as I was leaving. This has put me off shopping here again.

I recently was back on crutches they let me put delivery through then rearranged all in shop for my friend to collect. Very helpful. Great friendly staff definitely recommend 👌

Love going here there most days then they started closing at 6 so no longer a le to get there so have to get my stuff from asda next door rediculous time to close a food store at tea time rush to get home when people need to grab food !!
