There's nothing to say - top class quality and service, as always. My wife tried on some trousers, shopped elsewhere for a better deal, but returned to buy two pairs. Best fit for the price. That says it all!

Generally very good service.
I am a fairly regular customer here and in particular enjoy the M&S Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings, which with an offer of 3 packs for £7, you can't go wrong.
Only downside with this store is there is sometimes a lack of staff to cover tills, sometimes resulting in fairly large queues (although I am aware Self-Service tills were opened relatively recently).

On a more recent occurrence, whilst in a hurry to pay for my items, upon using the Self-Service tills, I accidentally left a £5 note (part of my change) in one of the tills. Upon realising this shortly after leaving the store, I immediately rang the store up, explaining what had occurred, and my change was found and kept in an envelope for me to collect when I was to visit next (which I did 3 days later) of which I am very grateful for.

Purchased two tops from Llandudno branch on the 11th of April but found them to be unsuitable so I took them back to my local store in Bangor, Gwynedd on the 12th of April only to be told that they could not give me a refund and I would have to take them back to Llandudno, not happy to say the least 🤬

Purchased a best ever macaroni cheese but I am not pleased. The macaroni was tough, more like penne, and the contents were too dry. I will not buy this product again.

This morning, we decided to do our annual Christmas food shop just before 8:30. We’ve previously never had a problem however this morning has completely changed our views! On arrival the car park was filthy it has never been cleaned which is always a disappointment as it’s not the place I want to load my shopping. We entered the shop in a festive mood of cheer which was immediately shut down my the moodiest, old shoppers you could come across. The staff were working hard at that time in the morning however If you want to keep a smile on your face i recommend you don’t go here!!

Popped in there as I was in Bangor, didn't bother getting any Fruit - not the best. Bought an Organic Chicken, tasty once cooked but not as nice as other Chicken. The meat was very heavy in texture. Hot Cross Buns numerous packs crammed tight on top of each other - result flat as pancakes.
Bring back the True Traditional ethos of Marks and Spencer please. Would not rush back there, even click and collect point for clothes just plonked next to food shelving.

Purchased Malted Wheats. Thought they were a great buy. Wrong when I opened them there was a strip of solidified mass amongst them. Looks as though a big blob of the ingredients had united into a string which did not look appetising. Flakes when I added milk became a sodden mass. No texture. Sorry M&S this packet did nothing to the fact that you are so well known for food quality, Will be going back to my old brand. Reminded me of some undesirable in the garden.
