Marks and Spencer

Visited the lingerie dept 29 August with my elderly mother who was a wheelchair. We were warmly greeted by Sue. We asked if possible if my mother could be measured. I didn't realise we needed to book. Sue fitted my mother in straight away. Nothing was a problem for her. We both wish to thank her for her kindness empathetic manner in dealing with fitting appointment. Her manner and attention to detail was faultless. Much thought and repect were shown to my mother. She was very professional, we came away with 6 purchases. We wold never bought anything if not for the fitting service given face to face within the store. Thankyou Sue.

I went to return a parcel to store which I had trouble sending back, two guys, absolutely amazing helped me return my parcel with no trouble whatsoever, so polite and very understanding, nice quick and easy job! Keep up the good work guys!

HAZZARD waiting to happen , (except already happened to my wife) - on path entering Culverhouse Cross food hall entrance!!!!! She stepped onto a loose stone, obviously one of the many, lurking from the numerous areas where you have trees planted and loose stones lay underneath. Her ankle turned badly in flat shoes, and has left her with internal bruising and a painful calf muscle. PLEASE shoppers beware, especially wheelchair users as this could potentially turn your chair - and M&S please either regularly sweep that path or remove stones. It is the least you can do for your customers!!!!! who continue to support you!

Based just off of the roundabout, this is a very large Marks and Spencer with an equally large M&S Food hall.

The food hall has been refurbished to look very contemporary and clean, with a large selection of fresh, frozen and many Deli counters, a mixture of self service, scan and shop and standard tills available.

Also has a very large car park both outdoors and covered.

Hate to give a 1 star review based off one staff member but she made me feel that uncomfortable that the review only deserved one star. Beverly served me at the till did not apologise for the wait and then told me that total was more than it should of been. I asked if the 20% had come off and just was huffing and puffing at me told me that comes off at the end of the transaction even though it was and then said well it sounds better if you hear the price before hand .. I felt so patronised and made to feel so stupid I couldn't believe it

Not overly impressed, hardly any Christmas decorations, vegetable freezers empty, Christmas based food ( confectionery and cakes) minimal, really disappointed

Huge M&S. Has food too. It's one of the biggest M& S stores I've been to.
Staff are outstanding helpful, polite and cheerful. I can confidently say that our trip was made particularly enjoyable because of Ceri at Fitting Room duty and Wendy at paying till. Both were lovely Sweetheart ladies😍👌🏻😍 who knew their job extremely well and went beyond ordinary to make our shopping so enjoyable. I'm sure the rest of staff must be equally marvellous, we just ended up meeting with these two directly.

Visited last week, cafe staff were rude and unfriendly!
Staff in the ladies undies section were amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much to ask of them in this busy season.
Thank you ladies (maybe you can send some of your friendliness to the cafe staff)
