Lidl

I love lidl, but the only thing i don't like it's the milk alternatives are only soy and oat. There's is no coconut, hazelnut or almond milk so i can never get that there which is a shame. Even weirder on the shelf they have a sticker that says almond milk which gave me hope, but it never happened.

This Lidl has repeatedly denied requests from the adjacent community centre to use their parking spaces throughout the day. So staff can provide vital respite to families and young people with profound and complex needs, ranging from mild to severe disabilities.

Store staff are very compassionate about the situation but Lidl’s Head Office have decided to outsource the car park management to a private company, leaving it out of their control.

Lidl are putting money before a charitable cause… one they could support massively by simply allowing us to use a small portion of their car park. The company aren’t even interested in allowing us to purchase spaces at a discounted rate, proving it’s all about money.

I’m sure Lidl’s charity department would agree that there’s a deal to be made here.

Busy, busy! Full of new or returning students and their parents making sure their children had enough to at least last a week or so of university life. The queue at the checkout soon cleared and there was ample space in the car park. I think my son will be returning frequently and he noted he'll need to download the Lidl App himself now...

Fantastic, Very popular for the students of Cardiff University & University of South Wales.

The wonderful bakery lures you in but you stay for the middle of lidl, the 'aisle of dreams' where you can pick up wooden toys, welding masks, label makers and snowboard pants. Great value food and drink. The best Croissants outside of the EU.

Most affordable supermarket particularly for students. In a good location right at the start of Cathays. However mainly only the basic cooking ingrediets and overall food items
