Tesco Express

i visited the store around 3pm on the 22nd Dec. It was very busy (as expected for this time of year). The store had everything i needed and the lady on the self check out was very efficient and even though the queue was long i was served in no time. there was an issue with my club card not being read but the lady was very quick to help me, was very pleasant and wish me a merry Christmas when all was done. :)

They change the layout of this place, seemingly on a whim, every few months and it never makes any sense.

Thought I was having an episode when I couldn't find the dried herbs one time and now the bog roll has its' own weird standalone shelf by the yoghurts. I've seen them fill an entire fridge cabinet with bottles of squash before too. Topsy turvy stuff.

Whoever's in charge of making these decisions: please stop.

Too expensive, in the cost of living crisis tesco are definitely losing customers. Also if you're meant to be tesco express open at 6am and shut at 11pm.stop ripping customers off you're either an express or your not make your mind up

Do go here at least 3 times a week & use it instead of convenience stores in the area,the service is much better than it was a while ago & staff seem more interested these days.The prices are a bit hit & miss even if you do have a club card.The overall selection of goods could be better,but the reduction area I do find useful on many occasion. Self scan is card only but cash payments can be made on the till & the kiosk.

Visited today and I’d been having a really tough day but Izzy at the tobacco counter was really lovely and made me genuinely smile:) thank you

Little bit crowded almost all day, quite a big choice of goods, prices average

Prices continue to creep up and jump up in places by 30 to 50p per item. Shop carefully, try Home Bargain first is my advice

I'm in this store almost everyday, this morning I didn't have my mask on me. I asked member of staff for a disposal one and l'm been told l have to pay for it.
I believe they should always have masks available free for people like me who genuinely forget his mask. I was disappointed because l had to go back home to get one. I know other big shop they do offer you free mask if you don't have one
