Iceland Supermarket Canton

The cheap food is cheap, as you'd expect but the nice food is very expensive. If you're skint, go here and buy 40 nasty sausages for £1 (we've all been there) but if you're not skint, go do your shopping in Aldi, it's cheaper and nicer.

On my doorstep . Staff always make sure freezers stocked up .. most staff nice only one young boy assistant manager I think horrible rude moody e eryone else great. Nice security guard .tills sometimes bit busy but they do open one. Great choice of stuff great deals . Recommend for a shop do need a basket under 10 items till thou

Friendly helpful staff ...always a busy shop but well-stocked and signposted .
Some good offers and 10% off on a Tuesday for pensioners, which is extremely handy and much appreciated.

Absolutely the worst delivery service in Cardiff, I had booked a slot from 7pm till 10pm I had also left specific delivery instructions of where my flat door and there are signs posted outside of the house, the driver (David) did not even knock on the correct door, or even follow the delivery’s instructions I clearly left. He did not respond to any of my messages neither did call. I had wait for the customer service line to be open the next day I told them what had happened and I also spoke to one of the store managers in canton they have told me they schedule a delivery out for Sunday and they will let me know the time a slot on the day, I also clearly told them if they tell the driver to come to the side of the house or to call me if he gets lost. They assured that wouldn’t be a problem, I had called customer service in the morning they had confirmed with me my delivery would be come between 10am to 12 pm no one came !!! I had called customer service again around half 12 they couldn’t get in touch with the store manager so I’ve asked for a refund, they told me they still would have to wait for the store manager to get back to them to be able to processes the refund, This will be the last time order from Iceland so much drama over a simple home delivery, just disgusting, and the driver David is clearly stupid!

Very good stock level, Cori on till 1 was very helpful, shopping arrived on time .definitely go there again.

To be honest is one of most expensive options first go lidl or Asda last last las last Iceland
