Iceland Supermarket Roath Park

Really nice place to get most of what you need,more pizza flavours that you can think of,friendly staff. I've been shopping there for 15 years plus. Another bonus is that there is a pub right next door,so you can have a pint when you've finished shopping. Iceland deliver so when you get home you wait for it to come to you. Its has recently changed its layout and has brought in a few more products. Love the place and its staff..

This is one of the smaller stores, but it has a whole lot packed in to it. You can get fresh food and frozen food. Good ranges on a lot of the products and top brands through to own brands. You can even get your shopping delivered for free the same day, which saves you carrying it all home!
Staff are pretty good too, some have worked here for years and will help you when needed.
Ive started using this store a.lot for some basics, rather than using the Tesco next door. Iceland prices are usually cheaper or you can get a better offer in here. For ease and convenience, this store ticks my boxes.

A best place to shop. Good offers. Many groceries with reasonable prices.
I wished to give a 5 this time, but was disappointed with the staff on the billing counter. He doesn't seem happy when we came with kids for shopping. I agree, they were a bit noisy. That's why I believe there was no smile...

I do online shopping most of the time, but this time decided to visit with family and was disappointed.
Otherwise I like this store the most and would continue shopping with Iceland....

They've got great deals especially as the end of year celebrations are around the corner.

Customer service in this store is terrible the security Gard is a waste of time stating on innocent people for no reason and when you ask to speak to a supervisor to complain about abuse form their staff they do F-all

Friendly staff and good bargains but no parking.

Decently stocked local Iceland, with reasonable prices.

In regards to our recent shopping experience, the part that let it down was a rude security guard, he kept approaching us to notify us that they're closing so make a move(which could have been mentioned on entry 2 minutes prior, but didn't despite seeing us enter), though we still had 10 minutes remaining and were making our way to the till anyway.

There is a way to go about things when its comes to paying customers, that in a appropriate manner.

We're now less likely to shop here going forward to due that, making us feel unwelcome while trying to purchase food.
