Good supermarket. Occasional stock issues. We have been several times to find various things sold out. But overall no issues.

Excellent for a quick stop to grab dinner essentials… always grab a pastry snack for the remainder of the journey home… yum-Yums are the best!!

Disabled shopper, busy as can be, 1 till open, so queue a plenty. 11 mins over . £90 parking ticket . £400 /mth not to be spent there again .
Following this rate review, customer services emailed, with my response to them asking to make contact.
Lidl .." you came, you parked, you shopped, ypu paid, you over stayed , TOUGH. " Nothing they could do as the car park is monitored by a CAMERA with a stop watch that's throwing tickets out.
IF I wanted to dispute it go to court... is this the way to go. Not the place to go. Not the attitude to take either. Saying that, the person who responded from LIDL customer services isn't in CHEPSTOW LIDL, to take the ear bashing,
Annoyed at the Fact I had to give 1 star , 🌟 just to write this OR they would have lots of 🖕instead.

Love Lidl. Their bakery goods are really nice and the weekly deals usually very good. The freshness of their fruit needs to be monitored more closely. The prices have gone up but still cheaper than Morrisons, Tesco etc

This store could do with a traffic warden, it's worse then the m25 at the check out and the waiting times exceed aldis massively. They had no carrier bags in the whole store other than £2 ones so I had to ask for a box which then fell through on my way home and lost most my shopping in the rain. Nice one lidls

I'm a regular shopper, own brands good value, but one little gripe, fresh fruit sometimes not fresh enough, too close to "eat by date"

Just the usual Lidl experience, unable to purchase everything like you might at Tesco. That said, fine other than queues at till.

The search for goods is fast, you do not have to wander for hours in search of the necessary products...
