Helpful staff - must mention their floor manager, she offered to give us free replacement for milk bought from the store when we complained that it was repeatedly going sour for several times in a row.

Checkout counter staff (special mention to Lynn) are super patient, helpful and courteous. With our twin babies in tow every time making some mischief, they always smile and help us out with a smooth checkout.

Very few choices in the spices section / department and they are a bit short staffed.

One of the staff at the mountain ash store, never seems happy in his job and not very helpful either. Other members of staff don't seem to keen on him either, apart from that....very good deals, always well stocked and one woman on the tills was very friendly and welcoming.

Nice little Iceland with a decent selection of goods and friendly staff. Can be very busy at the tills depending on the day / time. Christmas produce is slowly taking over the shelves.

I have always found these convenient supermarkets to be pleasant and well stocked. So I confirm my excellent opinion.

Great shop, great products would be 5 star if they ever had items in stock
