I’m always so impressed with everything I get cleaned or tailored from Derek. His costumer service goes above and beyond with his free delivery service and super friendly mannerism. He’s skills are superb. My recent visit was for a trainer clean and he’s completely refreshed them, making them look brand new!

My experience here has just been amazing. Derek is an extremely kind and hardworking person who makes everyone feel comfortable.

I'm on the larger side and was reassured throughout that we would achieve a great result on my suit for a wedding. I got great service and quality work with a touch of body positivity to boot, which means a lot when alterations are needed because your clothes don't quite fit right.

Derek is an artist, attention for details and superb customer service. Went in to have some alterations done to my suit (jacket, trousers, waist coat and shirt) and he's done a wonderful job. My suit now looks like it's been painted on me. Really impressed.

I took a Karen Millen dress and jacket for alterations. Derek went over and above my expectations redesigning and altering both. The result is a perfect fit. I’m delighted! Derek is a great delight! He goes above and beyond to provide the best service he can. The alterations were absolutely faultless. No job seems to be a trouble for him, I received my trousers back very quickly. He greets with a lovely smile and makes you feel so warm and welcoming, my toddler adored him. I have already told my friends and family to not go anywhere but here from now on! 100% recommended.

I had a dress re-styled by Derek for a TV Industry party. I really loved how the dress turned.
