Kids didnt leave a bite!! Food was cooked really nice , chips were to perfection. Food arrived hot. First time having takeaway from here and can say will 100% will use again. One full happy house. Delivery was slightly over which wasnt a problem and delivery driver was very polite regarding this. Could not fault! Thank you

First and last time ordering from here. Waste of money. Late delivery, burnt cold hard fries, barely warm chicken and the Banoffee Pie Chocolate was a slice about the size of my middle finger, and my middle finger is how highly I rate Dumbstick.

Couldn't if explained any better what we ordered. Got a phonecall sayin these ppl hvnt ordered food. After five minutes delivery came. They'd got the wrong post code. They said I could pay cash or card when handing cash he didn't have any change! So I had to then take his bank details and transfer the money to the drivers bank. I said make sure you tell them how angry I was. By that time our food was like warm. I asked for spicy chicken in bin with burger sce, I made myself so clear and they still got it wrong my mum ended up with chicken and her mouth burning as she don't do spice!! .....we won't order from there again either. We are other side of knebworth and we got charged £2 delivery.....they dnt care, they dnt listen!

Absolutely awful. Paid for a ringer burger and paid extra to double up. Came with what can only be called, two chicken nuggets in a bun. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE chickaroos is waaaaay better

Bad bad bad!!! Do not buy food here! chicken was off and they wouldn’t offer a refund! Chicken was slimey and un edible rude shop rude manager who admitted he cooked part frozen food!!! I had to send partner to shop then they tried blackmailing us to take the review down then he will give us our money back! Avoid this shop like the plague! Had to add one star as 0 wasn’t an option. Read the reviews before considering buying anything here!

Have been ordering from them for 2 years and tonight we waited over an hour to get really dry and crispy chicken. Worst bit was they wouldn't replace it even though we don't live far all so they could go home. That was our dinner and they didn't care. Definitely will not be going back

I waited half an hour dor a pizza and a frozen cheesecake

Asked for 2 chicken pieces and chips but was given very dry, chewy and bland boneless chicken fillets and strips that tasted like yesterdays leftovers. The only fresh thing was the chips. A waste of a fiver.
