Chip Stop

Missed out the main part of the order. Went to the shop to to collect the forgotten fish. I got an apology but by the time I got home the food was cold and needed to microwave. The batter on the fish was more pancake than crispy batter, chips were a pasty colour and the southern fried chicken was tasteless with absolutely no seasoning, tasteless greasy crumb coating.

Forgot some items from our order, when I called to enquire the lady who I could barely understand told us that we were lying and all food was delivered. She refused to offer me the missing items even if I visited the shop, If I wanted the driver to deliver the missing items it would be a 4 hour wait. Bad experience. Spending hard earned cash and they can't even put correct items into a bag.

Twice now that me and my partner have had to wait for over 30 minutes when we’re the only customers there. I’d understand waiting if the food was actually good- which it isn’t. Pizza tasted weird, garlic bread was greasy, and one slice had a bright green mark that looked like ink?! just overall not worth the money. It’s a shame, we used to love this place but it’s gone downhill recently.

I wish I could rate less. We ordered through Deliveroo, our delivery time was 6.40pm as we ordered at 5.50 and they kept pushing our order back every 5 or so minutes until 7.15 when I got a notification saying it was on its way. 10 mins later I received a notification that it had been delivered but received no food at all. Had to request a full refund. Won’t be ordering from here or Deliveroo again. I can’t feed my kids because our food was stolen.

The most disgusting pizza's I've ever tasted. The donner had about 12 pieces at the most of donner meat. Pizza dough was raw. Just waste you money

Ordered a pizza box meal. Food took 2 hours to arrive. Food was stone cold. Chicken had obviously been pre heated from a few days before as it was like chewing on a elastic band. When I called the shop they was rude and hung up the phone. Awful service

Ordered at 17 05. Delivery arrived at 19 30 which was 1 hour late. Food not edible. Fish full of grease. Tasted dreadful. All binned
