May I say the driver that delivered my pizza made my day, firstly the friendly upbeat knock was very polite unlike Hermes delivery drivers, secondly the jolly manner in which he handed over the food to me asking me “are you ready to eat some pizza” actually made me my day! He deserves a pay rise. The food came hot and tasty and the ice cream is pretty much as hard and frozen as ever unlike other food stores that deliver melted ice cream. Thank you soo much dominos!

Order took nearly an hour to arrive and, according to the app, was out for delivery for over 25 mind. Food arrived Luke warm with the exception of the wedges which are best described as cold. 18 quid well and truly wasted. Even the coca cola was room temperature!

Absolutely diabolical customer service food out for delivery to still be waiting 45 minutes later . I live 10 minutes away . Cold and no refund . Man put the phone down on me twice

Ordered pizza, I was waiting 1 hr and half, when I called them ,they said they don't have driver. I got my money back after 2 weeks, I had to make so many calls to get my money back.

Was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews (after I had already ordered online) but can say the food was very tasty (the cheeseburger pizza was especially delicious) and the delivery driver was very friendly! Would order again, shame about the bad reviews

I ordered online and paid for vegan pepperonay with pineapple topping. The pizza came without the pepperoni and it was soggy and lukewarm

I buy a pizzas on sunday 05/09/2021 at 23:00 and i forgot my bag on the store and at the next day i went to ask for my bag a one of the manager said at least offer me some money for give your bag. And i said excuse me? And the manager said no nothing. You didn't left here your bag. I'm sure i forgot there. And i just live in front of the store. I hope this review read some manager and offer me a solution or at least the guy who toll me that have a penalty
