Ordered Singapore fried rice,its a decent portion,price also reasonable,mixture of chicken,beef & prawn but vegetables are little less,overall good!

LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE!!

Disappointed. I used to order from here a few times but they must have changed chef/owners as the food taste has gone downhill as well the hygiene.

Firstly they sent the wrong items they mistook the Singapore friend rice for noodles…called and they said they would bring the correct one. Acceptable.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and FOUND HAIR IN THE SOUP!!! Called the restaurant again and told the person over the phone who just apologised.

The rest of the other items did not taste the same as last time. Unfortunately won’t be ordering here again.

for context: I ordered my food in-person.

They have a 15% student discount written out front. Although I was only given a 10% discount but it hadn't occured to me at the time. That's fine though, not that deep.

On the contrary to lots of the old reviews here, the food was hot and tasted decent. The portion size was quite big in one of those Satco microwave containers. I ordered the Beef Chow Mein and given my review id recommend it.

I dont know why but I was given a spoon to eat with lol. I ate the rest at home so wasn't that big of an issue. Be sure to ask them for specific cutlery if you need it.

The state of the shop itself was quite a mess. it doesn't bother me too much but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to that. It looks like they mostly deal with deliveries anyway so probably not a priority.

To summarise:

+ Beef chow mein was nice
+ Hot food if collected or ordered in-person (no guarantees with Uber etc.)
+ Tasty
+ Option for spicy if you're like me >:)
+ Halal

- Messy shop
- Dumplings may not halal
- No indoor seating to eat
- Charged incorrectly
- Given a spoon to eat noodles

overall 4 stars as the food itself was fine, and that's the most important thing :)

Food was absolutely awful! we ordered beef in black bean sauce and the beef wasn’t even edible, very chewy and just disgusting. Also hard bits in our food. Ive ordered from here a few times and the food has been ok.. but due to my experience tonight I will never order from this place again.

Awful customer service only take orders and deliver when they feel like it not times advertised. Won’t be ordering from them again and had used for years before that.

I have a refund! I won’t be ordering again. Said no chicken and was sent chicken balls.

This restaurant only serves Chinese take-away . The menu of take-away dishes is reasonably wide.

Prices are fair. There are some promotional prices available for students.
Only cash is accepted here.

Cleanliness is acceptable.

Service is fair and waiting time is reasonable.

Words of the worse. Send my order for collecting last week but ordered from wrong restaurant. Tried to call straight after order placed - no answer. Tried several days after- no one picking up phone. I lost £36. Never again !

I tried to call you 50 times! Not mentioned that I called Uber and they tried to call you too and said that my only option is for you to pick up the phone and cancel the order!! £36 blown off and then you telling me that I’m a ignorant? You never made a mistake I guess! Maybe try to pick up your phone next time! Have a lovely day!
