❌❌❌Delivery driver said he delivered to my door step but never did have a ring door bell no one comes near my door. Took 2 hours after repeatedly talking to the shop for them to finally send me some more food I ordered over £16 (combo kebab coke and chips) and as it was closing time he just chucked the driver a small plain Donna to deliver. Absolutely appalling I would read other people’s bad reviews before ordering. I used to love this place but that last delivery was a big middle finger never again stay away ❌❌❌

They always forget items ordered. How hard is it to check before delivering? Surely it would save time checking ordered before they go out?

We ordered regularly from here over the last few years, but we won't be any more. Chicken wings were awful and tasted like they were microwaved. Chips chewy.

They forgot a meal and when we called them up they said they will bring it over. Over an hour later, it turned up. Not very helpful! Didn't even offer a gesture of good will and give partial refund or any free item or drink. The guy was VERY RUDE on the phone too, like he was doing us a favour... Seriously?

Do yourself a favour and do not order food from here. Better off going to KFC!

I'm all for supporting local business, but not this one!

Turned up at 1715 to find the place buttoned up tighter than a ducks rear in water. Didn't get to try these so called fantastic wings.

The food was nice but when I called today the line was bad so I said I’ll call back in a minute.. the man then told me to hurry up and just give him the order that he has customers in such a rude way.. instead of saying can you give me a minute I’m just serving a customer. Gutted as I liked my first order but after being spoken to like that I wouldn’t I have zero trust in what they would do to my food this time. All I said was they I’ll call back (the signal was bad) but food is nice I just don’t appreciate rude approaching people

Always cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Never disappoints, the costumer survise is always on point and the owner Mo is such a nice guy.

Started using this place for about a month now and can not fault it at all, absolutely amazing food never disappointed always on time and hot, mo is amazing well done guys

We arrived and the front counter was swarming with flies, there was also sauce everywhere and myself and 2 other customers stepped in it. We waited 20 minutes for our food, despite being told it would be 5 minutes. Some of what we ordered was missing and the pitta breads we ordered were contaminated with sauce (despite warning them about my partner’s allergens).

I will not be visiting again and would advise anyone against it.

Had to wait over 2 hours for food and was just told by the owner who delivered my food eventually “our printer isn’t working and I should have called earlier”

You would think after the 1st call which was after an hour and a half, this would of been explained but I was just lied to and told it would be 5 mins. So to then wait a further 40 mins is a joke. Was my go 2 place but not anymore. lost a good customer because of poor service
