I think probably I would give 3.5 stars if I could but can't. To begin with, there was confusion as their website said they were closed but Just Eat says they were open so we had to ring to confirm. On confirming they were open, we ordered 5 meal deals and 4 desserts. We ordered for 7/7.30pm but meals didn't arrive till 8.20pm. And when they did arrive, there was one drink missing and the 3 sauces. Another phone call and we were promised they would be sent out now. Those of us who ordered the pulled pork burger and hot dog all enjoyed them and would have them again. Those who had the blue cheese sauce euros have liked more sauce and the chili burger was disappointing as no actual chilli with it. All enjoyed the chips although they weren't particularly hot. By the time we finished our meals , no sauces had arrived. So a third phone call requesting we be refunded.
Now the desserts. They are very expensive but they were huge and very well done. Sadly, by the time we got to eat them, the waffles and the pancakes were cold but that probably couldn't be helped. Loved the fact you can design your own dessert.
So, overall I think 3 of us really enjoyed the meal and 2 of us not so much but said they would have our burger next time.

The order arrived 5 mins early, no issues there. Was missing all sauces, cheeses and extras on burgers. One double arrived when two were ordered. Side orders were missing and did not arrive. Waffle was small, slightly soggy and sparse on toppings - for £6.50 I'd expect something with quality to rival the likes of Kaspa's deserts. Overall wouldn't recommend or return.

What a badly run business! Food delivered had no sauce on both burgers when it was written down on the order for sauces. Not a problem but when we bit into the burgers and hot dog they were stone cold. Not even slightly warm. Now I will eat pretty much anything but even I couldn’t eat it that cold. I rang instantly and asked for a refund, I feel sorry for the staff as they had to keep ringing the manager who refused to speak to ring me and at first offered a 50% refund. It took me 3 and a half weeks to get my refund after 6 phonecalls to the establishment were ignored. In all fairness the food looked nice but cold meat is not what I paid over £30 for. All the manager had to do was speak to me and apologise and I wouldn’t have even kept chasing my refund but the pure unprofessional attitude by her and total lack of customer service skills ment I had to contact Caerphilly eats directly and inform them of the poor food and even poorer management.

Food arrived after 2 hours, repeated phonecalls, answerer didn't know how to answer questions so appeared to make it up. eventually they admitted they lost the order.

food was quite nice but cold.

we have since ordered from the trelewis branch and this experience was a LOT worse.
food never arrived, phoned the restaurant. answerer was giggling and didn't care. dreadful service. restaurant also (at 10pm) falsely marked as delivered at 9pm - Liars and con artists. definitely steer clear.

It's sad how bad this business is.
Says under "new management", but surely a new manager would make sure they have the right amount of staff before taking over a new business...
Ordered our food at 7 for an estimated arrival time between 8.15pm and 8.45pm all well and good waiting that time. At 8.40 we rang just to see if it has even sent out for delivery to which the woman said " yeah 5 minutes ago" we are a 10 minute drive if that, so my partner rang again 7 times with no answer then we read the reviews and just instantly regretted ordering, so I said, let's see if they answer when I ring as they wouldn't have a record of my number. So I rang then at 5 past 9 They did answer and I was told the food was leaving now and there was only 2 staff on and one delivery driver?! I was shocked. I replied with " why was I told it was on its way when we rang 25 minutes previous to which she replied "there's only 2 of us on tonight and one delivery driver so it's just been a bit of a mix up" this is a POOR excuse. 1. Don't open a business business limited staff as you will only get bad reviews which will lead to no customers. 2. If you do have limited staff make sure they can cope under pressure. 3. Atleast chuck something in for free to apologise like most other restaurants. 4. Don't Don't turn up with cold food and an incorrect order 🤣🙈 it's laughable really, defo will not recommend and use again.

Had a few experiences living local. Was unable to drive and I live in the same village (4 minutes drive max). Order took 2 hours to arrive. I've come to the cafe itself on 3 occasions just to have a burger and chips and each time I've waited at least 40 minutes. On the last 2 occasions I've been ignored while staff stay hidden away in the kitchen. Waited 20 minutes just to get served.

Food was delivered 45 mins late and over 2 hours after I placed the order. Food was luke warm, cheese on fries unmelted, chips cold. The only positive was that the burger was ok. Such a shame we waited so long and it was not hot. Not worth the price and won't order from here again.

First time having food from here, was really looking forward to it. Delivery was delayed by 45 minutes which is fine I guess if they are busy but abit long. Food was not hot, chips under cooked and burger tasteless..... very disappointing. Maybe an off day.....
