Charcoal Grill

Ordered at 10pm and waited an hour (times not a problem) got it by 11pm after being told the driver was already in our area. Sadly the food is a different issue. Overcooked and made my girlfriend sick. Had food before and I liked it but this was too much. They really missed the mark. Disappointing to say the least. Won't be ordering again.

I placed an order at 17:15pm and was told the wait was an hour and a half for delivery, I requested to have the food delayed until 7pm as I was on the way home from work. At 19:10 ten minutes after the food was meant to be delivered and 1 hour and 55 minutes after I placed the order. They told me that my food hadn't even been cooked yet, and said that it would be another 45 minutes until it was delivered. After I rang them multiple times there was no gesture of a reduced rate for the food I had paid for, and to top off the experience when the food finally arrived at 19:50 my pizza was still stone cold and burnt. Least enjoyable take away experience of my life.

Standard kebab food. Fairly decent. Paid for 15 wings. Got 14. Curly fries were soggy. Up yo' game. 3 star.

Went for large munchy box basically contained donner and chips for £13 comes with 4 slices of really dry garlic bread not edible! 4 onion rings, and only 3 chicken nuggets!! Very poor effort! Never again!

Decent food but put an order in and after hour and a half i rang up to enquire about it and was told it should be with me any minute now and waited and extra 30 minutes and turns out they didnt see my order. Woman on phone could of easily told me that but instead lied about the time and could of got it sorted sooner

Food took just over 1 hour after being told 30 minutes..
Parts of my order was missing. After phoning 25 times I finally got a answer to be told my missing order would be with me in 10minutes...
After waiting 1 hour again I rang up to be told my food hadn't even left to get to me ...and apparently they had phoned me .....which is a lie as I didn't get a call from them ....
Needless to say I will not be having food from here again...
Very disappointed.

Not impressed with the karzan specail tonight it was thrown together and the chips were reheated and hard won't be rushing for another one

Lady on phone was very friendly and made sure our order was right and kept the pizza was boiling hot and the rest of the food was hot aswell and all tasted very nice,we live in Freystrop and ordered from Neyland and still kept food hot. 😀 thank you 😀😀
