Domino's Pizza - Briton Ferry

Domino’s makes good pizza however this particular franchise in Briton Ferry doesn’t offer NHS discount at the full 50% rate for collection and 30% for delivery (they claim to only offer 30% for delivery and collection despite the 50% discount being a “domino’s deal” not a franchise deal therefore no explanation why they shouldn’t uphold this?). Also, they only take this “30%” off the pizza and don’t include any sides or desserts which again... is not correct?

We’ve tried to clarify this with the staff and in fairness they were extremely polite but were not budging on the issue. I hope this franchise can rectify their issue with the NHS deal. In the meantime I would recommend all NHS staff go to the domino’s in nearby Neath to receive your full discount and save £££.

Have since visited again for collection, where the pizzas were very fresh and exceeded expectations.

One pizza arrived a complete mess, which is almost impressive as it was only delivered from 5 min away.
Tried the new beef doner pizza which was a watery slush and everything seemed undercooked.
First time ordering from here and won't bother again.

I ordered 3 pizzas, they delivered 2 of them. When I called I was promised they'd deliver the pizza later on, nearly an hour later I hadn't received it so I called, they told me they would have to cook a new one, I waited another hour and still no order, no apology or anything. I have asked for a refund, but they can't assure me when I will receive a refund. It can't be this difficult to make an order and deliver it. How ridiculous

Visited here on evening of 20/09/2021. Not used this store before, we were impressed by the service and food quality. Would certainly recommend.

I haven’t always had the best experience with Dominos Briton Ferry, but I have to leave a good review if only for the lady who delivered my pizza’s this evening. So extremely fast!

As for food my mother loved her chicken mushroom pizza so that was good news for my bank balance. As for my vegan cheese pizza, I have to admit I prefer the Pizza Hut Dine-In vegan pizzas, nonetheless I ate it and my doggies also enjoyed hiding a piece of crust each around my house for a few hours.

Only ordered because of the half-price deal otherwise I’d only ever pay collection only prices. For example, I’ve had collection vegan pizzas for £7ish for medium size for collection but with delivery a pizza slightly bigger coats £16.99. So yes deals is the only reason I purchased for delivery.

Piping hot delivery, absolutely superb Pizza one of the best dominos I've had in the UK, not sure why they can't all be this standard but Britton Ferry are doing it brilliant. will come again when next in area.

We always have a great pizza from here. Hats off to 'master chef' Lisa, she's always polite and our order is always spot on!
