Mortlake Station Cars (MM)

Brilliant service, on time and great prices. I got a ride from Richmond to Piccadilly Circus on Thursday morning during the tube strike to get me to work on time, the driver was very punctual and had a very nice new car. He chose a great route which surprisingly avoided a lot of the traffic which was nearly impossible! I got to work on-time and they didn't charge any more even though it was tube strike! Thank you for the excellent service.

Have been using this firm for over fifteen years however I was not very happy with the last trip that I had from them. First of all, I ordered my minicab for 8am and you know how it is when you are leaving to go on holiday, you are generally in a rush and what I did not need was the driver ringing me at 0750 and then 0753 to tell me that he was there when I had ordered the cab for 8am. Secondly, I wanted to be taken over the level crossing at Mortlake Station so that I could easily access platform for trains to Waterloo as I had a suitcase with me and that was why I ordered a minicab in the first place. I don't expect to be told by the driver that that side of the station is blocked with delivery lorries at that time of day which is why he couldn't drop me there. When I got to that side of the station, it was completely clear and every minicab that I have had before this one dropped me where I wanted to go.
So basically I got a load of unneeded stress for a service that I was paying for which is no right.

We use Mortlake Station Cars whenever we are back in London. They brought us to Henley Royal Regatta and back in two cars and I have to say that both drivers and cars were fantastic. We will continue to use them whenever we can.

Very easy to arrange, one very quick phone call. Texi came on time and the driver was polite and friendly.

Driver was late arriving, and then drove so erratically to the airport we felt we had to engage him in conversation to keep him awake. Would not use this company again

Our pre-booked Uber was cancelled so I called Mortlake Station Cars to book a last minute airport transfer. The taxi arrived within a few minutes and the driver was very polite. Spacious car, smooth journey and fair price. Thank you! Will certainly book again.

I have had to use the company a few times in the last three years and I have invariably been more than satisfied with the service both in terms of booking (always sent a confirming and arrival text) as well as with the drivers and cars. Polite, and very helpful.
