Job ref 3002321 - Unacceptable service. Was quoted £12 for my journey but when the driver was on their way, you wanted to charge me £19.50 + extras. You increased the price at the last minute and without warning. How do you justify this? I will be taking this up with the advertising standards

Awful! Sent wrong car and blamed us for ordering incorrectly even though we ordered the same way two weeks earlier without any issues. We're an hour late for pick up and left us stranded with 4 kids at airport. Took an Über instead which was quick and cheaper! Won't be using them again!

Absolutely terrible service. Complete breakdown of communication between the office and the drivers. I suggest avoiding Herts Cars in future and book elsewhere if you want a reliable service, I certainly will!

Used to be good and I WAS a regular customer. Current drivers are terrible!! Overcharged for airport pick up, got me to pay for car park but still added to bill and sprayed spray in my face in car nearly giving me an asthma attack - terrible service, won’t be using again 😤 called office they hung up on me twice!!
Was similar situation last month - expect you to be ready as soon as flight lands and don’t take into account security & baggage collection - no common sense or customer service

Awful experience. Arrived at airport and no car to take me home and that’s despite booking and checking just beforehand. Made an excuse about misunderstanding flight arrival time despite having correct flight number. Pathetic they can’t get it right especially as I confirmed the times and they read them back. Not apologetic either and said no cars available. Fortunately Uber saved the day! Won’t ever use these clowns again!

Very poor service by the company and very rude driver. The car arrived an hour and 15 minutes late and the driver expected me to go to a higher level in the car park rather than bringing the car to me. The price quoted on the App was £41 but charged £55 without any apology for being late or charging so much more without quoting properly to start. I shall not be using this company ever again. They have no respect or regard for their customers.

They used to be good, but have gone downhill fast. They are now very rude, and have forgotten that paying customers you should not be rude to and try to make out you're right when clearly you're in the wrong. and have caused my neighbour problems too by being late every day.

I would no longer recommend them anymore.

I used this company twice a day tfor years recently they have new drivers that over charge the taxi fare and are Extremely rude avoid a white Mercedes-Benz E reg pj15 not the kind of taxi man I would like my Elderly eRelative or any vulnerable person to use over charged me and when I pulled him up on it because I was used to doing the trip daily he become very abusive to me despite having a 7mth old baby in my arms quite scary and when calling the office they didn't seem to care !!! Daily customer lost I would never recommend anyone use this company
