A1 Rushmoor Taxis

I am a regular customer, an recently I have asked a driver if he can take a different route to try to avoid being in traffic, standing literally at least 5 min extra.... and he said very relaxed "I am gonna take same route " so disappointed. In general they are great but is not only o ce when I've had to wait longer than 10 min. There are some very nice drivers, but some of them.....
Receptionists are so nice and friendly, they deserve 5 🌟 +.
I think the company could improve.

We prebooked a taxi for 8.30am in order to arrive to an appointment at 9.00am. The taxi didn't turn up so I called the head office and they advised that even if taxis are pre-booked for a certain time they may not turn up until a taxi is available in the area (which begs the question - what is the point of prebooking a taxi at all?) As a result we missed our appointment so had to make alternative arrangements. And because we used the app to book, it had already charged us. Not a reliable service, therefore we will not be using this company again.

Ive used this taxi service for18 years was always very well run.Over that last few years its become a terrible service now over the last 6 months , its useless always late dont turn up at all sometimes driving the long way round .today charging me £6.20, to literally drive me 0.3 miles. No meter in the car on view . making up a figure . I wont be using them any more very disappointing and profiteering on fuel.

This is THE WORST company I have ever used! Please walk instead or drive your car.
They refused to refund me after their driver charged me twice. I spoke to literally the most INCOMPETENT people. Joana, Keith , and Richard. I showed them the bank statement and they refused to refund me after joana and Keith both said I’d be refunded after having to call multiple times and had to have Keith not even pass on the information. This customer ought to be shut down and we have a more reputable company in Aldershot going forward. Let’s support other businesses. Not this one.

You try and book a taxi on the app to find there are either no drivers or there’s a substantial wait. You call up (to be advised the app is the quickest way of booking a taxi!!!) and manage to order a taxi that arrives in about 10mins!

Pre-booked a taxi via the app just shy of 24hrs prior to pick up. The pick up time had passed, I checked the app and it said it was assigning a driver!!! I call up to be told there is a wait and I’m third on the list!?! Asked what the point was in pre-booking to be told it isn’t guaranteed and it makes you more of a priority. How ridiculous!

Probably the worst taxi company in Rushmoor… oh wait…! A shame the app and customer service experience ruin it for the loyal and hard working drivers.

Very very happy with this company, I ordered a taxi to work, they arrived within 5 minutes, the driver was very friendly and talkative. I pre ordered one home, different driver, on time and also very friendly and talkative.
The receptionist was also friendly and polite.
This company had never let me down yet, I will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed at the consistently poor service. We have a regular school booking and yet we frequently have a late taxi. This has a huge impact on our child, making her late for exams. School start times are not negotiable, nor are planes, so not quite sure why taxis are. Receptionist always answers quickly but if the taxis aren't there, then?

A terrible taxi firm who puts its own wallet a long way before its customers. Despite cancelling a taxi almost immediately after I ordered it on the app last Thursday, due to an unreasonably long wait when I had somewhere to be, the firm denied I had cancelled it and sent a driver to my house. The firm then charged my card £20! Can completely relate to the other review saying the driver refused to take a shorter route because of course they wanted a bigger fare. Will be spreading the word about this firm and not using them again.
