Very poor service. Booked a taxi at 8 in the morning for 8:35 to get my son to school and it rolled up at 8:53! The school gate closes at 8:55. We had to go through the office. When driver arrived he told me the job hadn't been booked. Premium cars...not so much.

Twice my unsual taxi company have passed my job onto this company. First time they tried to over-charge me (more than 50% than my usual my companies pre-booking quote). Second time they turned up 10 mins after I had canceled. (After waiting too long). The driver then proceeded to repeatedly call me. Avoid. Try iCars and ask them not to pass the job to these muppets!

rang for premier but now its I cars not happy at all, usually bay £5 but now i payed £8 and when I rang up thry said that it was meant to be £6 and that they would knock £2 off next time, they knocked off £2 from £8 so I paid £6 even though the original was mean to be £6 so I was meant to pay £4. Dont know what is going on very upset as premier cars was my favourite taxi company. Dont know what os going on, definitely not going to ring then again if they keep getting the wrong prices and telling you that it should be cheaper. very disappointed .

23rd June 2019 I rang and booked a Taxi to take me to Ashby. The man said 10 minutes. I got a text to look out for the car with the registration number. It arrived in the time stated. The Taxi drivers name is Mr Ali, I found him very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this Taxi firm to all. Thank you very much for your speedy and excellent customer service.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received tonight. Could not have got out the car quick enough AFTER being overcharged for a journey that was already discussed and prebooked. Please do not use this company, I certainly will never use them again after this atrocious journey.

Disgusting service, some random taxi driver started acting wierd with my partner and then charged them £5 because she wanted to get out early and full journey is £3.50, you can't trust this taxi base, the driver started acting wierd and when my partner wanted to leave he closed the doors and pulled over to argue when she asked to leave after 30 seconds of being in the taxi. Definitely will never use this taxi base again!

I have found this to be one of the most reliable and dependable taxi services in the area very personal with most staff only down side was the Lost of a loyalty card voucher what's no longer running other then that prices are good around 👍👍
