Were visiting from Leeds at mercure hotel in Watford, found the number from website, taxi arrived quickly and the driver absolutely kind and polite. Taxi fare was reasonable as well. Highly recommend

I booked a taxi on the app the evening before my planned journey and received a text confirmation. The following morning at 0652 - just 45 minutes before my journey - I received a text saying my booking was cancelled, leaving me unable to find a replacement at short notice and making me late for work.
When I texted my disappointment the operator was extremely rude and dismissive, first telling me there was an issue with the app but then blaming me for not checking my phone (which I had) and saying I was responsible for checking the app (which I had, and could see that the journey was booked). They were very confrontational and refused to accept that the issue was their fault. Dreadful customer service - avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE Awful drivers, they dropped my parents off and I answered the door to the driver threatening to run over my dad, and threatening to put a brick through the window as he didn't believe my parents had paid through the app.
We are getting the police involved, but save yourself the hassle, and don't use this company.
