Absolutely useless!

Booked a cab 2 days in advance for an airport transfer from South Harrow to Luton for 3am.

First of all, when I received the confirmation text they put the wrong date. It was for a date that had already past, so I think they expected us to jump in our time machine or something!Anyway, I text them back correcting about the date and got no reply.

3am rolls around and I’ve received no indication of the taxi arriving. Since going to the airport is a time sensitive matter, I waited until 3:05am before calling up to ask if the taxi was on its way. The guy who answered the phone said I’d booked for 4am & wouldn’t be able to get a cab out to us until 3:30am.

I ended up booking an Uber and telling them not to bother. Wouldn’t use again or recommend. Didn’t deliver, sketchy customer service.

Continuing First class service from Classic Cars again, yesterday. Booking taken with courtesy over the phone, and the fare pick-up time and destination (clearly stated in confirmatory text message) where also adhered to in practice. Highly recommended.

It was timely arrival for the cab but there seems to be no updates for you to check where the driver is. It is also little bit more expensive than other cab companies in the area.

I booked classic cabs through Ali for our first family holiday after 3 years!
The whole experience was unprofessional and unforgivable.
unsafe driver and misleading commitment.
I would never ever book again with Classic unless they have the decency to own up to their words.

Whenever I’ve managed to book a cab, they’ve always been prompt and gotten me from A to B without any issues. I love the text updates that they offer too with driver details and car details - feels safer! One less star because on occasion I have difficulty getting through on the phone and have to call through multiple times.

Sadly, not a reliable company. Generally, when I order a cab from home, they turn up on time. Generally, when I order a cab from Heathrow, they do not.
On 16th November 2022 I ordered a cab from Terminal 5 Heathrow. They messaged me 30 minutes before they were due to say a cab have been despatched as requested. 40 minutes later I called them and 10 minutes later they called me back to say that the cab would be another 60 minutes. About an hour later the cab did arrive but the delay is completely unacceptable.
I will be trying the other local cab firms in future.

This taxi companey is closing down and for sale but accept order because he wants to show the seller that he has lots of customer and turnover no services to send for customer, I ordered last week and my family was waiting for hour's in cold weather outside and waiting no taxi came me and our family called many times but they're not answering...

I have used this cab service mainly times and always arrive at my destination safely. The drivers are very curteously and friendly it makes the journey more relaxing
