Very disappointed - poor service and experience with both airport trips. On the way out I had to guide the driver how to get to Heathrow as the route he had was going to take double the amount of time. On the way back the driver couldn’t find the pick up spot, poor communication and to top it off the car stunk of smoke and cigarettes. Have used them before which has been ok but won’t be using again

I booked an executive car a few days ago to take us to an event today. I called this morning to confirm the booking as was told yes all is fine and was informed the car was an e-class Mercedes’ and they gave me the first part of the number plate and would be there at the booked time of 11am:
What turns up?….a regular Toyota estate car!
And a very casually dressed driver. I called your office to be told we’re very sorry and started to tell me some story about the driver has 2 cars and he brought the wrong one. It’s now 11 and the operator who was very apologetic, said can we wait another 15 + mins to get another car to us.
Suffice to say I said no and booked via another her company.
It’s your company and once you take the booking you decide what cars and drivers are allocated.
I honestly don’t know how you can get it so wrong!!
Thank you for all but ruining the start of what’s supposed to be a special day for us!!!

I had a terrible experience with this taxi company. When I got in the car I explained I didn’t have cash and would be paying by card. At no point when booking my taxi was I advised to pay by cash. The driver was incredibly rude and got annoyed at me. He said that they have to pay a transaction fee when paying by card. I was more than happy to pay whatever fee he was talking about. He was muttering a lot of things under his breath which was incredibly unprofessional and was saying something about him being an ethnic minority which had absolutely nothing to do with anything. For a woman travelling by herself I felt incredibly uncomfortable in the car with this person. I asked if there was a problem and said I could get cash out along the way if there was an issue. He got frustrated that I had the audacity to book a taxi to travel across Watford during the morning rush hour. The journey took no longer than 15 minutes. When we arrived at my destination he took out his card machine and was shaking his head and tutting. In this day and age not many people carry cash so I don’t particularly see what the issue was. I was glad to get out of the car at the end. I will never use this taxi company again, absolutely disgusted by this taxi man’s behaviour.

We ordered a cab to the airport at 4am, he turned up 10 mins late and stopped the car early in order for us to pay after being frustrated that we didn’t have cash. He drove without a seatbelt on despite the seatbelt noise going off. Never use this company again

UNRELIABLE & UNORGANISED

Booked these guys to pick us up from the airport in the early hours.we were left waiting for an hour late with a poor excuse.poor communication from them and also they also forgot our child’s car seat which we organised them to bring so had to drive home with child sat in normal seat.NOT GREAT.

Absolutely terrible service. We have been using them for years but since they merged it’s just so disorganised. Booked a taxi to collect fro Heathrow, called as requested when we arrived and kept being told driver was on the way. Had to phone the office 3 times to chase and kept being told the same. Waited 40 mins and still no driver. In the end we had to get an Uber. Not what you need when you arrive back in london and just want to get home. Have given them a number of chances but they have messed it up every time. Avoid if you don’t want to be let down and use another company!

If I could give zero stars i would. Taxi was 35 minutes late, i was passed from person to person ,most not caring about the situation. Useless

Excellent service. I needed to get to the airport for a flight early Christmas morning. The driver arrived on time, and they kept me updated with the his location when he was close. He was friendly and helpful. Definitely a reliable taxi service 💯
