Spent the whole time speaking to another person in another language, didnt mind too much, but could have been polite and say he will call him back....then again, I dont know the situation....was pretty rude anyways. Charged me £2 extra for making the quickest stop ever to get cash, on route to my destination! You need to make sure you have cash before you travel...you are not a customer, just a delivery! If you can, go to Metro where you will have a much better experience!

Car didn't arrive, operator hung up the phone on me.
I was told to wait 10-15 minutes, when the taxi did not arrive after 25 I called back and was told that there were no cars available. He said he'd tried to call me back. As I started to say he must have written my number down wrong he hung up on me. The person on the phone had been rude and non-communicative through-out. I will not be calling again.

Arrived early, driver polite, got me there quickly. Cab booked the day before.
