Terrible service- AVOID!! Booked thinking would be more reliable than Uber and wanted to support a local business. Didn't turn up on time & when called up was given false information. Don't waste your time!

We booked return cabs. Outgoing cab went to wrong address. Return cab messaged was on its way but it never turned up it left 4 people stranded. Controller was rude and blamed us then said cab had gone on a personal emergency no car to replace. Absolutely disgusting 😤

Be Warned do not use booked cab in the morning for 6.50pm and return got ok confirmation. 6.50 got phone call to say cab will be 25mins late after 25 mins got text car on the way. Waited no cab went to call them but got text cab cancelled. Phoned and was told no cabs as our driver took another job that had just rang in as he was on his way to us and they had no other free cabs available. Early in the afternoon before their disgusting behaviour my son rang them as need a cab for East Croydon station for the following morning and was asked. by them where is East Croydon station needless to say he didn't book with them maybe I should have heeded the warning and booked another cab firm.

We need a cab for a family meal out they were 10 minutes late. then went we needed to a cab to go home we booked a cab for 7.45 no one turn up and it was dark so late so we had to use a other cab company. What's the point taking a booking and you don't trun up. This is the worst cab company every beware never use this company what a joke

Unfortunately I am unable to give less than a one star rating. However if negative star ratings existed this company would definitely qualify for a "minus 5 star". Unprofessional, less than honest with their booking system, discourteous and apparently do not need customers. I ordered a cab approximately 45 min in advance and received a confirmation text followed by a tracking text closer to the time. The tracking address led to an insecure website that did not work. On contacting the company after a 15 min wait I was informed that the cab was 2 minutes away. Further contact after a 12 minute wait I was informed that the cab had been cancelled by the "system"‽ They apparently do not feel its necessary to inform customers of delays or cancellations.

Appalling service, I was left waiting in -3 degrees in the dark and dangerous area on my own for an hour & 10 minutes. Was promised 15 minutes numerously before my partner collected me when he finished work. Was promised a call back with regards my complaint on 4 occasions which never happened so called to ask who licenses them and none of the operators knew. Totally & utterly disgusting, they do not even deserve 1 star, I will be taking this further.

I booked the taxi 2 days before and on the morning they called an hour and a half before to confirm a price increase and then when the car was due to arrive they cancelled it!!! Unbelievable - would not recommend

Frankly appalled. Received confirmation text of booking - see photo, yesterday. You did not arrive and when rung first denied the booking had been made and then said "Oh, we forgot". Will never use you and will not be recommending you. 0/10
