Excellent service. I got a link with the driver’s live location before the trip, he was on time, was very friendly and polite. The price was great too, the best we could find. The car was comfortable and had space to spare even though we had plenty of luggage.

Used Abetta Cars recently for journeys to and from Luton Airport and they were excellent - on both occasions. Especially the return journey where my flight was late leaving Belfast and I had no way of informing them until I landed. But the driver was waiting for me and wasn't in any way inconvenienced by the delay. Much to my relief. From initial booking through to collection and drop off, the service is exemplary. Responsive and professional office staff; clean, comfortable cars; polite, courteous and punctual (Covid sensitive) drivers ; and sensible prices. Excellent customer focused service. Will definitely be using again. Thanks to all concerned.

Booked two days in advance for heathrow. The cab company changed my booking time in order to make it easier for themselevs and pick up another customer after me, which I didn’t mind. When the car arrived 5:50 in the morning, I took my suitcase out at 5:51. The driver was in such an angry mood and kept shouting in the middle of the neighbourhood early morning why are you late. At the end he took my suitcase out of his car in such anger and left! They are not a reliable service to do this for 1 minute delay.

Car arrived on time. Controller was pro active with a time change as a result of airline flight change. Will definitely use them again.

Pick up was great. Unfortunately, they called me at lunchtime on the day we were leaving Crete to say they couldn't pick us up at 02.30 am from Stansted airport. The person on the phone said they shouldn't have taken the booking but SHE took the booking (I recognised her voice). She called back to say they could pick us up but later. I felt I couldn't trust them to turn up at all.

I hired this service after a 19 hour overnight flight. The driver not only showed up late, but he was extremely rude and aggressive and tried overcharging us for the arrival time, our bags, and also extra for the parking ticket at Heathrow which was not included in the original quoted price. Absolutely horrific experience after such a long flight, my mother and I were already exhausted and the rude driver made it worse. Didn’t even feel safe getting into his car after his reaction - tried emailing Abetta afterwards about this incident but never receive a response. Total let down! We will never be using this service again - beware (especially if you’re a female traveller!).

Used to use meet and greet at the airports but now use Abetta cars who have provided an excellent service even with returning delays and immigration and luggage problems.
