Now, if I could give a 0 star, then I would.
Absolute abysmal airport service. Do yourself and sanity a favor and don't bother with these lot.
For the airport service, you get quoted for and pay one price on the phone, only for them to pick you up and the driver asks for extra money on top of what they have already charged. This has happened at least on 2 occasions.
Like seriously? I am arriving into the country on a late flight and I have no other means of transportation home, so you decide to screw me over when I just can't be asked to argue with you.
To add salt to the wound, you now made me pay for parking when you were 30mins late to pick me up and you are supposed to be waiting for me at the arrival hall with a placard.
This company should be reported to consumer affairs.

Lived in East Ham for 8 years and always used this taxi firm. Always happy with the service. Never a complaint. Just returned for business and naturally used this company again. Just as good as they always were. Fast, responsive, efficient and no waiting around. Drivers always friendly with good route/location knowledge. Had two journeys into the West End under the most horrendous traffic conditions - ie congestion, extensive roadworks & road blocks. Drivers were cool, calm and relaxed - taking everything in their stride, but doing everything possible to get us to our destinations on time. Felt we were in really good hands. Wouldn't use any other company.

Used previously and they were great (for close proximity use) so recently I used them again and was the worst service, guy on the phone was great actual driver, had no idea where we were going, dropped me off somewhere and just said it's around here somewhere so I paid £31 for absolutely nothing, I could've taken public transport and would've walked the same amount. Only use if your travelling a 10 minute distance if longer than that don't bother. The one star was cause I had to to post this.

Real businesses exist not just to make money but to also provide good customer service. Unfortunately for this cab service, the service was bad. When i booked my cab I said it was for four people and for two bags. When the cab driver arrived he said i didn't mention anything about the bags and said I would have to pay more. I called the office and apparently they did not have that on the system. Anyway, the gentleman on the phone had no solution for me other than saying I only had two options: I could take the cab and pay £33 (new tariff) or not get in it.

This company and their employees are rude and unprofessional. I attempted to arrange a date and time for a taxi pick up but however, due to incompetence and second rate employee over the phone who was disrespectful throughout the conservation, I decided not to.

This employee who did not mention his name was eating and constantly talking to other employees in the office and furthermore, acting or pretending he could not hear me. I repeated myself a few times with the relevant details but this untrained and unprofessional employee hanged the phone line. I attempted to call the office again and lodge a complaint however, the second employee was clearly incompetent as the first employee.

I would not recommend local people to use this company, as there are more proffessional and respectable taxi services within the local area.

The most shockingly rude service I've ever experienced from a taxi firm. This is after giving them my business for so many years and even using them as recently as five days ago. They will never get my business again. As a female stranded at night due to the tube strikes, I had to deal with the rudest controller who yelled at me down the phone and displayed completely irate behaviour. When I asked him why he was yelling at me when I hadn't even done anything, he said he was going to cancel my booking and he hung up. Absolutely shocked and disgusted. Clearly have no respect for the customer or for the safety of a distressed woman who has no means of getting home. If I could report them I would. Avoid and use alternatives. lost a loyal customer and will be sharing my experience with all in East ham. Yuk.
