Rude female controller. Gave 5/6 different prices for one journey saying " it will be 5,6,7 pounds", had a conflict with the driver and then said " it will be 8-10 pounds". When confronted by the mixed prices the female controller rolled her eyes, kissed her teeth and laughed at the customer and showed no interested in the confusion or annoyance caused. Really disappointed a potential customer of this place. Do not go unless you want to deal with an ignorant diva full of attitude

I am very disappointed with the service I received here today.
I travelled into Stratford international with a heavy bag, my son and my aging small dog (2.7 kilos)
I walked in to the taxi office, with my tiny size chihuahua on a lead and my 4 year old son. I asked for a taxi, and was told to wait outside for it. Shortly, a taxi driver arrived, got out and began talking to the other taxi drivers in another language while looking at us.
He then told me he can't take us because I have a tiny dog! I walked back to the office and was told off for not informing them I had a dog- which I had walk in there with when I had ordered the taxi. I was told there was no one to take me because apparently insurance won't cover my dog!

There were no other taxi offices near leaving people in the hands of this company and its drivers to discriminate people who have dogs.

Tried couple times to arrange a taxi through them, even willing to pay more, as we have never been their before so didn't know our way round. Not very helpful and sign said wear mask yet other ladies who went in didn't, seems a bit 🤔 puzzling to me so sorry 1 star from us.

Made an online booking 3 days in advance, which was confirmed. Got a phone call 15 mins before our cab was due to arrive saying they weren't coming because they were 'fully booked'. They clearly could have told us this earlier, or not taken the booking in the first place, but instead left us in the lurch trying to get a new booking last minute.

I ordered a cab well in advance for 4:55 pm because I had an appointment with GP at 5:10 pm (it takes less than 10 minutes to get there). Due to the fact that I am a person with reduced mobility, I chose this and no other transport. The driver arrived at exactly 5:08 pm. Of course, he did not apologize for being late. When I said that he was supposed to be at 4:55, he only replied that there is a lot of traffic. On top of that he went in a different direction than he should have, so I lost another 5 minutes. On the way, I tried to let the GP know that I was running late. When I talked to the receptionist at the same time I got there and found out that I was more than 5 minutes late and the doctor would not see me. I asked the driver to take me back home to which he replied that he can't because he had received another booking. I told him that he was late, so I can't see the doctor because of that and now he is telling me that he won't take me home... I heard that this is not his problem and that I have to talk to the office, he is only the driver. I told him that I would not pay him because since he is the driver and he gets the booking, it is his responsibility to be on time and this is his problem, not mine. He replied that I have to talk to the office. Of course I paid 5 pounds and got off because I wouldn't want to be arrested for failing to pay the driver.
So....
Tips:
1) apologize for being late
2) don't tell the customer "this is not my problem"
3) maybe you should contact the office and arrange another car if you can't drive customer back home (instead of leaving me there stressed out, on tears and with "my problem")
