Last minute we decided to get a car service for a day trip to Stonehenge from Oxford and found this place by google — and we are very happy we found KLM Chauffeurs. Both the email contact person and the driver were fantastically nice and accommodating.
I started by just getting numbers (how much for this car and that car) and when I told the email staff I would call him back after my wife and I discussed it, there was no pressure to book. Just the facts and the availability. My wife asked if there were other places that came up on google and I said yes, but the quick response with no-pressure communication was very nice so I wanted to call KLM back. We then booked the service with them and it was a fair rate.
The driver arrived appropriately early, and off we went to Stonehenge from Oxford. Safe and efficient driving, interesting conversation, and when my wife started feeling ill (she often gets carsick), we were immediately taken care of.
At the end of (and all throughout) the trip, we were given travel time and traffic updates. The car was comfortable and the driver occasionally changed the temperature if the air conditioning was not comfortable for us.
Overall, an excellent, safe, comfortable, relaxing car service. I highly recommended KLM Chauffeurs.
