Booked for return transfer from Luton airport at 2 a m. Turned up on time. Comfortable car. Pleasant, careful driver. Very happy with the service and would recommend

Perfect taxi company to use if you want to be late for your first day at a new job. Booked the taxi the day before. It’s already 10 minutes late and apparently they’re not sending anyone for at least another 5 minutes.

Edit: Great! So I was only 10 minutes late! I know I certainly won’t be using ABC’s again!

Had a taxi booked and paid for to be picked up at 5pm. I had to call 6 to 7 times to find out where my taxi was and it took them ages to answer the phone. I was told on numerous occasions my taxi was a couple of minutes away. Well at 5:50pm the taxi decided to turn up. I can safely say I won't be using this taxi company ever again.

Not happy with the quality of service. People there are lovely, but even if you book a taxi a day or 2 days in advance, it still turns up far later than the time booked for. And when drivers are asked why they were so late, I'm told it's because they were only notified 10 minutes ago on the day. That's pretty bqd service, certainly for advance bookings.

It was journey Aylesbury to Luton, always use this company and all I can say 5 ⭐ service. Driver was very polite, only 10 min late but we got there on time. Thank you for a excellent service.

I booked the taxi in the morning (around 8) for 1pm. Basically, they were late by 40 minutes and they're only excuse was the other driver was "mucking them about." It was for a child and they left him to wait. Avoid this company if you need a taxi.

Edit: they have lied in the response. I got the info but the cab never turned up to the designated spot and you're saying it's my fault for following all the right things?

I provided the number for the passenger, I did everything on my end but you like to claim it's your "passengers fault" when you are called out. Please use other services.

We used ABC for an airport taxi run. The pick up from the airport was perfect and we enjoyed a very good conversation with the driver. The cost was reasonable and the service great! On our return journey back to the airport, 10 minutes before we had asked for the taxi to pick us up, I noticed that the pick up time was actually the time our flight left!! After a panicked telephone call and a profound apology, we were assured that a taxi would be with us in 10 minutes. True to their word, a cab arrived and we got to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

ABC Taxi are absolutely shocking! Don’t ever book a taxi with this company.
We booked a minibus for 6pm to get to a work party which was confirmed 2 weeks before and also again the day before the booking. They rang us on the day as well to say the taxi was on its way but it never showed up.
I was ringing the centre every 15 minutes to get an update and they gave us some bull**** excuses every time and they never even sent our taxi! They couldn’t even tell us the truth.
This meant we couldn’t get to our work Christmas party which was ruined for us all by this awful company.
They shouldn’t have any business if they think it’s acceptable leaving 8 people stranded outside in -6°.
Next time if you don’t have a vehicle available tell the customer so they can sort an alternative out instead of constantly lying on the phone feeding us false hope that our taxi was on the way.
Don’t book with ABC!!
