Really friendly and helpful staff! A big thank you to Kevin who worked out my measurements for me, got me a trolley, loaded all my tiles onto it and even put them in the car for me.

Unfortunate. Went to the store during lockdown not appreciating it was collect only/trade. Door was open so we entered and two guys by the door with their arms folded looked at us. Just looked a bit too long in that way that doormen at nightclubs might, passive aggressive. (The one with glasses more so than the other one)
Not a ‘good afternoon’ or ‘we’re really sorry but we’re closed’. This odd atmosphere continued for a minute or so and we had to speak and ask if they were open! Very odd.
We then were told, with sort of satisfaction, that they were open only to trade, which might have been a polite question to ask in the first minute of our entering, On replying we were trade we were then asked if we had an account - again this might have been a polite question on entering rather than being a reluctant Q and A session.
I just wanted to check the colour of one specific tile and asked if they could just get one to show me and they referred me to their website. Obviously the perfect place to check a colour is not by looking at your screen. It would have taken 5 seconds.

I think they thoroughly enjoyed the policing type of exchange rather give the same information in a friendly, civil manner.

Very friendly staff who were happy to order the tiles we wanted.

Brilliant Justin was on top of every question I had and sorted out my order and full requirements in a matter of minutes..no fuss at all. Well done Justin

Really friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Chelmsford branch, from the start to finish the customer service was 1st class, they took back and refunded a box of tiles that wasn’t used straight away, the quality of the tiles and pricing was really good, I have been looking online for tiles for months so was so happy when I walked into topp tiles and found just what I wanted the Metro Carrara Tile are a beautiful tile and look even more beautiful when up, I’m really pleased with my choose they look perfect :) Thank You

Thank you to Jim and the team at Topps Tiles Chelmsford branch. We bought a large number of tiles for our ground floor extension and renovation. Jim helped us to find the right tiles with the best price and helped to secure the amount needed.
