Have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience of customer service given at Tile Giant. The staff member Craig was excellent, he was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. He helped me make an informed decision on the tiles I needed and never rushed me. He answered all questions I had and ensured I was fully aware of all the materials I needed. Extremely helpful at all times
I would certainly recommend purchasing from Tile Giant in Staines. Great service, great knowledge and great products.

I would like to give you some feedback on our experience (myself and my wife) when dealing with the Staines Branch of your business.

At the point we first visited your Staines branch we had been looking for tiling for our 3 bathrooms at other competitors for a week. We were very frustrated and were not making any progress.

We met Mo at the Staines branch and he immediately made us feel relaxed and confident that he would help us find solutions.

He was exceptionally polite, patient and ‘switched on’ to our ideas and preferences. He took us to various designs and brought out samples from the back many, many times.

Eventually things began to fall in to place.

Over the course of 4 visits Mo helped us get a solution for all 3 bathrooms and we were delighted to place the order with him.

His aftercare and effort to deal with some technical matters were superb.

His team Chris and Craig were also very supportive and polite when we needed to speak to someone on Mo’s days off.

Thank you Mo and the Staines Tile Giant team for helping us solve the most difficult part of our new home refurbishment. If we ever need tiles again we will come back you only.

I had a fantastic experience with the store. Mo (the manager) and Chris (the assistant manager) helped me not only select the tiles but other items like grout, trims, adhesive and clips. They made an unfamiliar experience easy for a home owner.

There was an issue with the tiles. Mo came in for a site visit and helped rectify the issues. I needed additional items delivered the next day as we were short. Mo went above and beyond and personally delivered them the next day.

So far, I am quite happy with the level of service I have received from this store.

Good customer service, 80 stores across the uk that customers can pop into to view tiles and speak to staff. Good customer service, friendly staff. Availability and supply of items is very good, I received my tiles within 3 days of placing order. The one draw back is that not all tile, in my case porceline/gloss tiles are factory treated, Sealent needs to be applied to ensure longevity of tiles upon insulation. While quite popular competitor ensures their tiles are fully treated.

Brilliant. Simply superb customer service when things went slightly wrong. We placed a large order for large 90cm square porcelain tiles, and we had problems with delivery, but the solutions by Mo (the Store manager at Staines) were perfect, and he went the extra mile to give us outstanding customer service, and he fixed all the minor problems. Our floor is now beautifully tiled, so thank you to Mo and the team at Tile Giant in Staines, as we are very happy.

Craig served me and he was so helpful. He was really good at showing me different tile options for my shower niche along with grout choices. He was very patient when I could not make up my mind. He also loaded my tiles into my car for me. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Went to the stains store based on a customers own photo uploaded to buy some bathroom tiles.
Mo was extremely helpful and the tiles were in stock so I took them home on the day ready for the tiler to lay the next day.
Very stress free experience. Thanks Mo! I’ll be back when I move onto the next project!

I must say, the service I received on the phone today was top drawer. I was having trouble placing an order online but when I spoke to Mo at the Staines branch he sorted everything out for me. He deserves a pay rise/bonus 😀
